A take on the popular French 75, this is the perfect drink for ringing in the new year!
Nova Scotia 75:
1oz Ironworks Gin Noir
1/2oz simple syrup
Benjamin Bridge sparkling wine (or any local variety) to top
Combine Gin Noir, lemon juice and simple syrup in shaker with ice and shake until chilled. Strain into a Champagne flute.
Top with desired amount of sparkling wine.
Garnish with a lemon twist.
