2oz Ironworks Apple Brandy
3/4oz Lemon Juice
1/2oz Simple Syrup
2 Dashes Cocktail Lab Spiced Apple Bitters (optional)
Champagne or Sparkling Wine to top
Apple Slice to garnish
1. Add brandy, lemon juice, simple syrup and bitters to shaker with ice. Shake until chilled.
2. Strain into a Champagne flute. Top with Champagne or sparkling wine.
3. Garnish with thin slice of apple.
