1 1/4oz Ironworks Gin
1/2oz Ironworks Raspberry Esprit
1/2oz Lemon Juice
1/4oz Simple Syrup
1/2oz Egg Whites or Aquafaba
Shake all without ice to foam and then with ice to chill. Strain into cocktail glass and garnish with fresh raspberries.
