You'll impress your friends and relatives with this delicious baked brie!
INGREDIENTS
1/2 Cup pecans
1/2 Cup brown sugar
1/4 Cup Ironworks Apple Brandy (sweet or original)
8 oz Brie
PREPARATION
Combine pecans, sugar and Ironworks Apply Brandy in a small bowl. Cover and place in the fridge for 4 hours.
- Heat oven 400F
- Place Brie in an ovenproof dish or brie baker
- Cover with the Apple Brandy mixture
- Bake for 6 minutes or until the brie is soft in the middle
- Serve with crackers and apple slices.
