Back in December of 2020 we asked our talented mixologist friend Anne-Marie B to create a cocktail to celebrate the release of Maple Rum Cream. We trust you'll enjoy this as much as we do!
- 1oz Ironworks rum cream
- 1/2 oz Amaro Averna
- 1/2 oz of simple syrup (feel free to add only 1/4oz or even 3/4oz depending on how sweet you like things!)
- 2oz cold brew
Give all ingredients a good shake with ice, and then strain drink into your favourite mug, sprinkle with seasonal spices. Alternatively, exclude the cold brew, and top the rest of the ingredients with hot coffee and a whip cream top!
