This is a delicious variation on the classic Rum Toddy, one that showcases some of the great produce available in our province. Local honey & apple cider blend wonderfully with Ironworks Apple Brandy garnished with cinnamon & cloves. Kind of like a slice of warm apple pie in a glass. Perfect for chilly winter evenings.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 tsp honey
- 2 oz (60 ml) Apple Brandy
- 5 oz (150 ml) apple cider
- Garnishes: apple slices, baking spices like cinnamon sticks, cloves, anise
PREPARATION
Heat up the cider.
Warm up your mug and add brandy & honey.
Fill with hot cider and stir to blend honey.
Garnish as desired.
