This was the very first spirit we distilled at Ironworks in 2009. Created entirely from Annapolis Valley apples our vodka has a unique essence of fruit that lingers on the tongue with smooth notes of butterscotch and apple blossoms. Winning awards internationally since 2014, this is vodka that actually has a taste, thanks to careful distillation and little filtration. Enjoy!
