Mix up this delicious concoction for you and that special someone.
3/4oz Ironworks Vodka
3/4oz Ironworks Rhubarb Esprit
3/4oz Lime juice
3/4oz Simple syrup
2 dashes Orange or Rhubarb bitters (optional)
Sparkling wine to top
Add first five ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake until well chilled. Strain into an ice filled wine glass. Top with your favourite Nova Scotia sparkling wine. Enjoy!
