This cocktail is a robust mix of flavours and features a rich layering of sweet and sour between the rum, rhubarb and haskap liqueurs with the strawberry juices, and it’s lightly tempered by the classic Angostura Bitters.


  • 1 oz. Ironworks Bluenose Dark Rum
  • 1 oz. Ironworks Haskap Liqueur
  • 1 oz. Ironworks Rhubarb Liqueur
  • 2 oz. Strawberry Juice
  • 2 dashes Angostura Bitters


Add rum, liqueur and juice to a large tumbler with ice and stir well to blend. Add 2 dashes of bitters.
