Ironworks Radler

The name means “cyclist” in German, pointing to the drinks original roots. You may not have thought to mix your beer with liqueur, but this Nova Scotian twist on the cocktail is perfect after a hot summer day of beaching, biking or just plain being.

  • 1 oz. Ironworks Raspberry Liqueur
  • 2 oz. lemon juice
  • 2 oz. grapefruit juice
  • Hunky Dory Pale Ale (or, to intensify the raspberry flavour, Garrison’s Raspberry Wheat Ale)
  • Raspberries as garnish

This drink is best presented in a mason jar. Add the liqueur, lemon and grapefruit juice to the mason jar and stir to blend. Juices should be cold. Slowly fill the rest of the jar with the beer, being careful not to let it foam over. Drop a few raspberries on top to garnish.
