So who’s the new barrel on the block?

Well they finally arrived. A fresh shipment of nice juicy barrels from Jack Daniels Distillery in Tennessee. Yum. We’re now awash in barrels here at the distillery – we’ll have to spend some time figuring out where to put them all – then fill ‘em up with rum and other amusements.
First Pierre got down to the heavy lifting portion of the day’s work.

Then Deb & Martha helped out with the time honoured tradition of “sniffing the barrel”. They love their work.

Then Mr. Pierre got to climb the stack and fill them up with freshly distilled rum. Such a happy guy.
