Well they finally arrived. A fresh shipment of nice juicy barrels from Jack Daniels Distillery in Tennessee. Yum. We’re now awash in barrels here at the distillery – we’ll have to spend some time figuring out where to put them all – then fill ‘em up with rum and other amusements. First Pierre got down…

We traveled through the heart of thoroughbred country in the last few days. Kentucky is so delightful with it’s rolling hills and endless white fencing.
